Ultrasound
In addition to being a midwife, we are also an ultrasound technician. This makes our practice unique because all ultrasounds can be done within the practice. The term ultrasound is done at each location.
The 13 wk(ETSEO) and 20 wk ultrasound (SEO) will take place at
Verloskundig Echocentrum Leidsche Rijn.
Location Utrecht: Louis Armstronglaan 7
Location Vianen: Hof van Batenstein 12
Terminal ultrasound
The first ultrasound is done when you are between 10 and 12 wkn pregnant. Based on the size of the baby, we can determine the due date
Growth ultrasound
Around the 30th week of your pregnancy, the baby’s growth will be measured if you have a medical indication for this. The midwife will discuss this with you.
